A gorgeous rosé in a rich, vinous style, this shows a satiny mousse and well-honed acidity, which buoy a detailed range of macerated raspberry fruit, dried apricot, grated ginger, graphite and chopped roasted almond flavors. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Drink now through 2025.

A spicy wine with singed bread and bark as well as strawberries and cherries. Light-bodied, it has a tight-knit structure with zesty acidity and a long, refreshing finish.
Cult Wines International Notes:
The Ruinart Brut Rosé is a classic expression of non-vintage Rosé, celebrated for its finesse, freshness, and signature emphasis on Chardonnay—a defining characteristic of the Ruinart Maison, the oldest established Champagne house (founded in 1729).
This non-vintage cuvée is a delicate blend of approximately 45% Chardonnay (predominantly from the Côte des Blancs) and 55% Pinot Noir (sourced mainly from the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne). The distinct coral or light orange-pink color and aromatic red-fruit profile are achieved by adding a small percentage () of still, red Pinot Noir wine to the blend before the second fermentation.
Aged for about two to three years in the house’s deep, cool chalk cellars (crayères), the Champagne is characterized by its fine, persistent mousse and delicate structure. The nose often reveals intense, inviting aromas of freshly picked red berries (like raspberry and currant), pomegranate, and rose petals, layered with subtle hints of warm spice or citrus zest. On the palate, it is vibrant and well-balanced, delivering a fresh, fruity structure with a long, elegant finish often marked by notes of peppermint and pink grapefruit. It is considered a beautifully versatile Rosé, perfect both as an aperitif and with sophisticated food pairings like oily fish or duck.
