The 2022 Signature Cabernet Sauvignon is 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Petit Verdot, 7% Malbec, and 2% Merlot. Deep garnet-purple in color, after a little swirling, notes of cassis, blackberry preserves, and prunes slowly emerge from the glass, giving way to underlying tar, bay leaves, and crushed rocks hints. Full-bodied, the palate is coated with baked black fruits flavors and herbal accents, framed by firm, grainy tannins and plenty of freshness, finishing long and savory. (LPB)
