Supremely drinkable and just beginning to spread its wings at nearly fifteen years of age, this bottle showcases an excellent, flamboyant roundness. Rich layers of cream and crystallized fruits are seamlessly joined by savory undertones of oatmeal, warm toast, and fresh oyster shell. A gorgeous ripeness is held perfectly in check by a firm, counterbalancing acidity, offering a finish that is “fluid, elongated and texturally very compelling.
