For your convenience, we offer both overnight and 2-day air shipping services through FedEx. (It is worth noting that most Florida residents automatically enjoy next-day delivery with our standard ground shipping. Exclusive of the panhandle).
Caveat: To ensure next-day delivery, please place your order by 11:00 AM EST. Kindly note that FedEx overnight delivery is only available to commercial addresses Monday thru Friday and residential addresses Monday thru Saturday, with no service on Sundays.

Therefore “free” shipping is actually a hidden flat fee added to the cost of each item. Our system calculates combined shipping rates to provide a significant discount on shipping for larger orders, ensuring you only pay for the actual cost of delivery. While we offer local delivery, please note that we operate exclusively as an internet-based business. Our specialization in rare and collectible wines necessitates a secure, controlled environment for optimal preservation, making a public storefront impractical. Our cellar typically maintains total darkness, with minimal, dim illumination strictly for inventory management and order fulfillment, ensuring the pristine condition of our esteemed collection. For local clients wishing to avoid shipping, simply select “local pickup” at checkout, and we will personally arrange a convenient delivery.
During warmer months, we offer two distinct shipping solutions to ensure the integrity of your wine:
Complimentary Temperature-Controlled Hold: For clients not requiring immediate delivery, we recommend purchasing your wine now and electing for a complimentary hold until cooler weather prevails, typically late October or early November. Simply indicate “Ship when weather cools” in your order’s comments section. We will then contact you to coordinate a mutually agreeable shipping date.
Expedited Shipping with Temperature Control: For immediate delivery, we offer optional cool packs available at checkout. To maximize the effectiveness of these cool packs, we strongly advise selecting overnight shipping, as their performance is compromised with ground shipping methods.

Our specialized packaging, featuring form-fitted foam or inflatable chambers, is specifically designed to prevent breakage and mitigate temperature fluctuations during transit. Furthermore, all shipments are fully insured against breakage, providing complete peace of mind.
We can certainly accommodate specific delivery dates. Utilizing FedEx as our carrier, we can utilize 2-day air or overnight shipping options to ensure your wine arrives on your preferred date, subject to any unforeseen carrier delays. Kindly specify your requested delivery date in the comments section of your order (e.g., “Delivery on XXX date”).
International wine import regulations vary by country, and our checkout process is designed to automatically restrict shipments to unsupported regions. If your country is available for selection during checkout, we do ship there. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for all applicable import taxes and duties levied at customs. While many countries incur minimal fees, certain nations, such as Canada, may have substantial charges.
We utilize FedEx International for these shipments, with typical delivery times ranging from 3-5 days, exclusive of any customs-related delays.
