The 2012 Blanc de Noirs Charles Heintz Vineyard, 100% Pinot Noir from one of the top sites in the Sonoma Coast, is really more a wine of site than anything else. Creamy and silky on the palate, with striking texture and aromatic nuance, the 2012 is super expressive today. Sweet floral notes, apricot, gentle red berries and exotic spice notes shape this nuanced, resonant Blanc de Noirs. Dosage is 2 grams per liter. (AG) (3/2017)
