Tasting Notes:

After almost three years of resting in American oak barrels, it was time to wake up this powerful, intensely flavored 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and get it in the bottle. A blend of the winery’s best Napa Valley lots, this 2006 Reserve Cabernet is a perfect example of their belief in the art of blending.

Classic cassis, red plum and blackberry make up the core of dense ripe fruit in this Cabernet Sauvignon. Subtle hints of toasted nuts, anise, clove and sweet vanilla add to the complexity. Finally, soft, velvety tannins envelop and carry the fruit to an incredibly long finish.
